Some assignments will incur a transportation
charge. All assignments are billed to the
nearest half hour. For example, an assignment
from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. would be billed
as 3 hours.
Any assignment lasting more than one hour
requires two interpreters, and we will automatically
send two interpreters. If one interpreter
must work more than two hours alone, the
assignment will be billed at the rate of
time and one half.
Special discounted rates may be negotiated
for fixed-schedule or continuous services.
Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice
unless special arrangements have been made.
We accept government or corporate VISA,
MasterCard, American Express credit cards,
and electronic funds transfer (EFT).
Scheduling and coordinating an assignment
requires substantial administrative work
and preparation. Consequently, if an assignment
is cancelled — for any reason —
with fewer than three business days (or
72 business hours) notice, you will be billed
for the full amount.
If an assignment runs later than the specified
time, the interpreter may be asked to stay
longer, but is not required to do so. Any
additional time will be billed to you.
